Terms of Service

Binding Terms

These Terms govern your use of FloraHost services (“Services”). By creating an account, accessing our panel or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Revisions to this Agreement

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post changes here. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Accounts & Eligibility

  • You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
  • You must provide accurate billing/contact information and keep it up to date.

Service Scope

We currently offer Minecraft hosting. VPS hosting is planned and may launch later. Features and locations may vary by plan and are described on our website.

Uptime & SLA

We target 99% monthly uptime for shared game hosting. Planned maintenance and events outside our reasonable control are excluded.

If monthly uptime falls below 99%, you may request extra days added to your service within 7 days after month end (extensions are added to the affected service’s next renewal date):

  • 98.0%–98.99% uptime: +1 day of service
  • 95.0%–97.99% uptime: +3 days of service
  • <95.0% uptime: +7 days of service

Extensions are the sole and exclusive remedy for downtime under this SLA.

Payments, Cancellations & Chargebacks

  • Invoices are due in advance of each service period. Prices may change; updates appear on the order page.
  • Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated; data may be deleted after termination.
  • Manual payments: we currently confirm manual payments within ~1–2 hours. For help or faster review, open a ticket in the billing panel or contact us on Discord.
  • Chargebacks/disputes without contacting support first may lead to suspension. Please open a billing ticket or reach us on Discord to resolve issues.

Refunds

  • Minecraft hosting: first purchase is eligible for a refund within 24 hours only if we cannot resolve a documented technical issue after you open a support ticket. Approved refunds are issued at 80% of the original payment to cover non-recoverable processing/operational costs.
  • No refunds for preference-based reasons (e.g., “don’t like the server,” wrong plan choice, not reading plan limits), misuse, or AUP/Terms violations.
  • Domains, dedicated servers, one-time setup fees, and third-party licenses are non-refundable.

Backups & Data

Backups (if included) are best-effort; restores are not guaranteed. Keep your own off-site backups.

We recommend taking local backups every 1–3 days as an extra safety net. This does not mean your data is unsafe—it's simply a best practice to help you recover quickly from mistakes or unexpected issues.

Acceptable Use & Abuse

  • No illegal content/activity, malware, phishing, spam, or IP infringement.
  • No attempts to bypass security of our or third-party systems.
  • Fair Use: do not overload shared resources; we may rate-limit/suspend abusive workloads.

Prohibited Uses (Immediate Termination, No Refund)

Using any VPS/server or service for the activities below will result in immediate termination without refund. We may also ban your account and, where appropriate, cooperate with network providers or law enforcement.

  • Crypto/coin mining of any kind (e.g., XMR/Monero, PoW miners, mining pools).
  • DDoS-related activity (attacks, booter/stresser services, traffic amplification, command-and-control).
  • Port scanning, brute force tools, botnets, malware hosting/distribution, or C2 infrastructure.
  • Phishing, spamming, credential stuffing, illegal scraping, or identity theft.
  • Hosting, linking to, or distributing illegal content; resale of prohibited services.

We reserve the right to determine violations at our sole discretion and to take action without prior notice.

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit aggregate liability to the fees you paid to FloraHost in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

Status & Dispute Resolution

FloraHost is currently not a registered business entity. For any disputes or concerns, please contact us via our Discord or open a ticket in the billing panel so we can resolve the issue directly with you.
