Information we collect

• Account: email, username, password hash. Passwords are stored securely (hashed with industry-standard algorithms) in our MySQL database; we never store plaintext passwords.
• Billing: billing details and payment metadata handled by our billing system/payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage: IP/region for security, panel actions, resource metrics, logs and crash reports to operate the service.
• Support: tickets, live chat, and messages you send us.
• Cookies: session/security cookies and basic analytics (if enabled).

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We avoid sharing your data and only disclose limited information when strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, securely processing payments). We do not store full card numbers, and we minimize what is shared.

Your choices & requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information by opening a ticket in the billing panel or contacting us on Discord. We may take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
